As a Policy Board, Broad View United focuses on vision, mission, and long-term strategic planning. Through a policy governance model, the Board of Directors remains accountable for the organization while focusing on the bigger picture rather than day-to-day operations. We seek to embody our core values—progressiveness, integrity, and interconnectedness—while living out BVU’s mission to be an agent of transformation and a progressive faith expression in the world.

● We build our community life on small group ministry.
● We sustain our mission through social enterprises, asset management, and community giving.
● We commit to becoming an intercultural church by working inclusively across cultural boundaries.
● We respond actively to the calls of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC).
● We offer inclusive programs designed to meet the needs of diverse groups of people.
