Why We Give

The ministry and outreach of Broad View United (BVU) are made possible by your generous support.

Take a few minutes to hear from BVU members, Mark Porter, Liane Clark, and Oliver Dason as they share why BVU matters to them in these short Stewardship Interview videos.

Giving is one way we share our passion for BVU’s goals and values. Financial gifts also provide the benefit of charitable tax receipts in Canada.

How Much Should I Give?

This is a deeply personal decision. The Stewardship Exploration process is here to help you discern what works for you. Considerations include:

● Your stage of life and family situation.
● How much you are able or wish to contribute.
● Which charities you want to support.

Many BVU members set up monthly contributions and review them annually—often adjusting to keep pace with inflation.

In this three-minute video, the Dennett family shares a warm and heartfelt reflection on how they decide what to give and why supporting Broad View United is important to them. We invite you to watch and be inspired.
