Living Faith Mindfully, and Fabulously

Join us for Living Faith Mindfully and Fabulously, a five-session learning series on resilience, fearlessness, and compassion through Buddhist and Christian teachings, guided by Pema Chödrön’s book Comfortable with Uncertainty: 108 Teachings on Cultivating Fearlessness and Compassion. Led by Ha Na, sessions begin on January 11 and take place on Saturdays from 2-4 PM. (Jan 11, 18, 25, Feb 1, 8)

For those whose life circumstances are just like a rainbow, for example, “The Celebration of Pride happens, despite rain or storm”, nurturing resilience can make a meaningful difference in our lives.
